Bearing Replacement
To remove the bearings heat to the parts 250 F and drive out bearings. Usually you can just knock the parts against a wood bench and the bearing will fall out.
To install bearings, heat aluminum parts to the parts 325 F and drive in bearings. Make sure that bearings are seated and that single sided seals are correctly installed. The following table is for Narrow Case motors.
