Just got back from my first trip to Deal's Gap

Holy crap.

When the Gods created Ducati, they intended for them to ride the Dragon.

If you haven't gone yet, you have to go at least once before you die.

I don't know how I'm going to be satisfied riding anywhere in Ontario ever again.

We took our Multi down the second week we owned it. That area is motorcycle heaven. Those motards are amazing to watch -- knee dragging and insane lean angles!!! Wear your wings with pride! We intended to do it once and then go to Nashville, but Trish said "NO!" and we stayed there for a couple of days. We recomend a side trip to Maggie Valley for a visit to the "Wheels Through Time" motorcycle museum run by Dale Walksler. Neat guy and he'll just go and start almost anything in the museum!! (all American stuff, but a great collection of early racers)
you only live once--ENJOY!
