On the fence in getting a 899. Wondering if there are any club members who could offer some opinions, feedback, experiences, etc....
Thanks

Re: 899 Panigale Feedback
Not knowing what you are trading from I went from a 900ss to a 996 then a 1098 and the differences were huge. Prepare to think a lot farther down the road and acceleration that is mind boggling. I also found the monobloc brakes require a giant amount of respect.

Re: 899 Panigale Feedback
Picked up a 2014 899 a couple weeks ago from Apex Cycle. They offered me a deal I couldnt refuse.
Had a 848 a couple years back and went from that to a Triumph 675R. Still have the 675R and as compared to the 899 they are both unique and very awesome machines. Each bike has unique characteristics and temperment, not really fair to compare them against each other at this time. Looking forward to eventually doing a track day with the 899 to fully explore what she has to offer. First impression of the 899 is very positive - the bike has definite soul and killer design and looks.
