Durham Rides?

Postby Ken L » Fri Jan 29, 2010 11:49 am

Who would be up for semi-organized casual rides this coming summer? Nothing too over-engineered, just a meeting place, a rough route and a destination. Food stops to vary. Probably 3-5 hour duration, 200 to 500K. Sundays best for me.

Since I live/work in Durham, I'd be up for doing the planning and leading most times.

This could include Wed night rides too.

Ken,

This is a great idea and I'm definitely interested.

Thanks,

First ride last week! Only 3 of us, but had some fun. Gto thru Port Perry, over to Mosport, back to Bomanville.

This Wed looks good; temp around 18 during the day, should be decent in the evening. Meet at the 5th Wheel Truck Stop in Bowmanville (at the Waverly Rd./Mosport turnoff). That way we are ready to ride and have fun, no traffic!

Ken.
