Jacking point on 2004 999 Swingarm
I am really getting annoyed of sliping a bar thru the axel hole in the rear of my 999...I've been shopping for a 2005 swingarm only for that reason...but I would keep my swingarm if I could add spindles to it. I am affraid of altering the properties of the aluminum if I weld a spindle on it (I work in aerospace and maybe too nervous about these things)...that and the fact that they have to line up pretty well....Anyone has success doing this?
HELP! Martoon
PS: PLease, don't tell me to use the "L" type supports/jacks...Obviously you don't know about the slope and the shape of the 999 swingarm!
