Just trying to revive the thread to see if there is still interest...
Do we have the beginning of a concensus on the date, or is everyone still in trackday mode?
From what I see posted by others, it seems that the weekend of Sept 6-7 would be feasible as it does not interfere with labour day activities as well as for those who are attending/watching the MotoGP race Sept 13-14.
Again, thoughts, opinions, suggestions

I think the trend is towards the August 22-24 - I know Rick has been calling hotels there to make sure there isn't some other major thing on that weekend.
