Curious whats recommended for oil changes for a 748 doing track days. I have no speedo so have only approximate mileage, probably 100-150 miles per day.

Also, who's using what type of oil?

I have a 748sp and change my oil after a weekend(docc grattan,Fiday,Saturday Sunday and Monday)
I use Motul, you have lots of choices, mobil.agip,klotz.
The thing to remember with a 748 is to let it up to operating temp before you start revving it hard, Stay off the rev limiter(it is hard on rockers..yes even the new ones)
