05" 916 trim question
The 916 is running rought. It doesn't pull cleanly, it coughs and sputters and hunts at idle. Maybe running too rich?
I thought I would go thru and double check the setup. I set the TPS and idle to 150 & 300mv respectively as per the factory manual. Air screws are out about 1 1/4 turns to get the bike idling at about 12-1400 rpm.
I checked the trim voltage and it seems to be stuck at 5.6 volts. I tried turning the screw in either direction but there was no change in the voltage. Has anyone come across this befor?
Any help would be appreciated. Mosport is comming up fast!

Throttle bodies are synchronized.
The gas is 5 mths old with stabilizer. I'll replace it and see what happens.
thanks

I removed the plugs and found the rear one fouled. With new plugs and clean gas, the bike runs well. Since I won't be riding until Mosport, I'll have to wait until then to see if something funny is going on with the rear cylinder.
In the mean time, I can check on some of the other components mentioned to make sure they're working correctly.
thanks
