Running Temp

Hey, my ST3 runs at 76 c on the highway and never above 103 c in town. The fan starts at 102 c and shuts down at 98 c. hope this helps

Coolant problems? What coolant problems??

My Duc 2003 ss 1000 ds has read 294 (F) stuck on QE pl (queen lizzie parking lot). I have been told that is not too far off normal

The highest oil temperature reading I've seen is 125 C (257 F) in stop-and-go traffic on a 30 C day.
When the oil temperature hits 160 C (320 F) the high temperature warning light is supposed to light up.
So watch out if you ever get caught in a traffic jam in the Sahara/Gobi Desert/Death Valley on a hot summer day.
