Rearsets for 2006 sport classic???
Posted: Wed Jun 20, 2007 11:19 am
Hi there,
I have a 2006 Sport Classic and the stock footpegs are lame. Does anyone know of a footpeg or rearset that will work with this bike? The shift levers don't bug me so much, just the foot rest. There's a company(on ebay)that sells sling shot racing rearsets that look like they would fit but they are not sure and I don't want to waste time and money sending these things back and forth.
I've checked other Ducati forums but most chat seems to be about other bikes.
Any ideas? please let me know.
Thanks
Jay

Sato has some. Here are the positions that they offer:
Sport Classics - 15mm forward & 15mm up, 15mm forward & 27mm up, 27mm forward & 3mm up, 27mm forward & 15mm up, 27mm forward and 27mm up, 37mm forward & 3mm up, 37mm forward and 15mm up.
I have no idea who distributes them in Canada, but I found them at www.desmotimes.com (scroll down on the first page and see the link for Sato Rearsets).
