JHP vs Termi exhaust

I've made few enquiries on picking up a pair of slip-ons, preferably Termi's for my '02 748. So far I've been offered an older set of Termi's that look like they might be alright, but are missing the lower mounting bracket....
Or a pair from JHP racing, which look to be in much better shape. Only issues is Price ( the JHP's are a couple hundred bucks more, not including shipping, from the southern states) and the fact that I don't know much about JHP.
Anyone out there ever heard a pair on a Dcati before? If so, do they compare to the rumble of a pair of Termi's?
I'd also be interested if anyone here in the great white north might have a pair for sale as well
