Looking for a Ducati mechanic for 1973 750 gt

I am in need of a vintage Ducati mechanic to do some engine work on my 1973 Ducati 750gt it has been sitting in a garage for about 30 years . So the engine probably needs to be completely overhauled plus it is leaking oil out of the bottom.

Where do you live?
I have a 74 GT that I did the top end on recently. Rick Covello in Niagara knows a fair bit about them, Guy Martin in Montreal, Tim Spigelberg in Waterloo.
Loud Bike and Bevel Heaven are websites that are good for sourcing parts.
If it's been sitting for 30 Years the restoration will cost a small fortune unless you role up the sleeves yourself.

I don't believe Tim spegelberge is doing it any more? Heard he threw the wrenches down after his stroke??
You could speak with Chris McDermontt here on the forum, cm250to999 is his forum handle. The man is brilliant with ducatis, and usually kind enough to lend a hand, safety wire ect... I could go on!
But with the fall of his previous employment, he may be looking to take on a side job, but I'm not sure. Its always worth asking!
As for Rocket Rick Covello, I don't want to be rude but I think may will back me that if you want the motor to wait another 5-10 years he's you're man

I live in Richmond hill but my bike is at my brothers place in Toronto. So does Chris do work on bikes or is it just a hobby? I. Am also told that my bike has konigswelle think that means king cams does anyone know anything about them?

I phoned Ride Motorcycles and they told me to bring it in. Has anyone had any work done on ducati's at Ride.

BTW, I'm sure the other mechanics are competent but I would be surprised if they have much experience with a bevel drive v twin. Understanding the gear ratios between the crank, tower gears and cam are key. And having access to all the shims you need to set the lash on the gears.
If you have the engine apart and are updating the electrics I would put in a new alternator rotor and change the wiring on the stator and use a modern two wire single phase regulator rectifier. There are notes on doing this on bevel heaven as well.
