AGM at the Toronto Show in January?

Just making plans.

Have any decisions been made about the date of the AGM? Just wanting to know if I go to the show on Friday or Saturday.

Is there even a club display at the show ? If so where will it be located ? Cheers.

Things have been finalized for the show and the AGM. Yes the club will have a display it will be small but we are present it will be in Hall 4 booth number 4009 if that helps. There will be registration forms for you to sign up. The Clubs AGM will be held at 11am- 2pm and will be in the Vancouver room number 105 it is over near the food court in hall 2A
