Soooo, just wondering what 2nd long haul bike would you like to have? Cruiser? Touring? Custom? Etc and any in particular?
Here are two of my choices:

I can't open the attachments, but my vote is an ST3S

I have a Triumph Tiger 800XC, can ride that bike all day long. Not concerned with any road surface while out and about - dirt . gravel, paved.....

650 V-Strom for sure.... that would be my choice.. for the price , and ability, and reliability you cant go wrong.

I will admit that I am very fond of my ST2. Best of all, they can be had for less than $5000 in good condition, including tasteful mods.

My 2002 (See March in the calendar) has over 85,000 km on it btw. Hasn't given me any trouble at all in the 30,000 km that I have owned it. How says Ducatis aren't reliable in the long term?

If I were buying new, I would certainly be looking at the Triumph 800XC as well.
