Speaking of which I wish to clarify a point. In those minutes it states;
"Sharon for AGM and business meetings? Unanimous approval."
I assume it's in connection with recording of the minutes however, it doesn't say what she is approved for.

And before, Chris and Brandon start flaming me... NO! I'm not having a go at Sharon. I'm just asking for clarification.

I'm very interested to read the provisional agenda as I understand there are more proposals / exec positions coming.

This will be a very important AGM so all members need to attend.

Sharon would have been appointed for her marvelous typing skills, as she has proved to be excellent at the past AGM meetings. Not to mention they are organized and proper!
