2. Can I ride my wee Honda ? The 900SS is still W.I.P.

3. Can I register at the track or is paypal preferred ?

Yes there is still space in all classes

Your wee Honda is more than welcome

and as the treasurer I would prefer the sign up to be done on paypal before hand but yes it can be done at the track also,
