Value of a 1982 Mike Hailwood Replica

I am going to look at a 1982 Mike Hailwood Replica tomorrow - coming out of 20 year dry storage - any ideas on what it is worth/ Have only seen one picture - looks original but no idea on internal conditions, engine turns over with compression - will not be made to run prior to sale.
