I suggest that you go ahead and set a date. Under the heading of "build it and they will come". How many people would you like to see/comfortably accommodate?

It is getting closer to Christmas (I know, it's disgusting, isn't it) and people are starting to plan their weekend days. You can always cancel if you don't get enough people interested.
